Sacai x Nike LDWaffle White Nylon

Sacai revisits the Nike Waffle with a Nylon edit for the Spring/Summer.

My oh my, if I could date a sneaker then it would be the Sacai Waffle. Elegant, clean, elevated, stylish, unique… I could go on.

After its extremely successful release of the Waffle last summer, I didn’t think Sacai could make any improvements to what many called the sneaker of the year. I was wrong. The latest collab features very similar updates with its double stacking of the logo, tongue and exaggerated heel. The nylon adds a vintage feel and is accompanied by rough sued textures throughout that add to the classic and clean vibe that is executed to perfection.

Although it’s available in both black and white color options, the white just hits differently. If you can’t get your hands on a pair of these at retail, it’ll be very tough to get them at resale as prices will surely be doubled. Global release is set for February 10.
