Jason Bolden

Having style and styling others are two different beasts. It’s like being bilingual, but in fashion. Celebrity stylist, entrepreneur and overall fashion forward guru, Jason Bolden, excels at both.

Born in St. Louis, Missouri, Jason got his start by working for ready-to-wear power houses such as Chloe, Oscar de la Renta and Gucci. After those stints in the industry, Bolden later moved to NYC to open The Garment Room ( a vintage store at the famous 112 Greene Tree space in SoHo). Soon after opening shop, he began dressing celebrity friends for appearances which catapulted him into a successful career as a fashion stylist.

Jason, who has been named as one of Hollywood Reporter’s Top 25 Most Powerful Stylist for three years running, gives a stylistic voice to the emerging talent of color in Hollywood. Most notably, his clients include Taraji P Henson, Yara Shahidi, Ava Duvernay, Mindy Kaling, Gabrielle Union and Serena Williams.

As co-founder of JSN Studio, Jason and his husband provide fashion styling, full service interior design services, luxury staging and product design.
